Hiring GREAT/CCI Employees
Craft Professionals Are Available
The Gulf Coast Workforce Development Initiative, a partnership of federal, state and local government agencies, businesses, community organizations and construction trade groups and associations, launched the GREAT campaign to recruit and train up to 20,000 skilled construction workers in the Gulf Coast. The Initiative has met and exceeded this goal and is now working through a merger with the Choose Construction Initiative (CCI) to help those trainees achieve Level I and Level II craft training and get employment in the craft of their choice. The Initiative is also working to recruit additional candidates who have a high level of employability and prepare them for construction. Learn More »
